Shipping

 

Orders are normally shipped in 2-3 business days and received within 3-7 business days from date of shipment (Business days are Monday thru Friday).
 

If an item is out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible.

We ship to the 48 connecting states.
Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO / FPO or Internationally.

 

Orders are shipped via UPS

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Please include a street address.

Guarantees, Warranty, Returns & Cancellations

 

All of the manufacturers products we sell hold the strictest standards for quality. All products are fully warranted by the manufacturers. If you should receive a defective product, the manufacturers warranty will be marked on or in the package you receive. If there is a problem with a warranty, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Inflatable Bubble Furniture is warranted to be free from defects for 30 from date of shipment. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect or alterations.

 

If the product is damaged in shipment, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying UPS. For any other problems with your order, contact us by email at dccompany@mindspring.com to explain the problem or to receive return authorization, if necessary. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. A sales receipt may be required for any products being returned.

 

Our products are top quality brand name merchandise, but if for some reason you are not happy with something, you can return the product for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be in their original saleable condition, with ALL original materials and packaging. We may charge a 15% Restocking fee for returned merchandise and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us by email for return authorization.

All order shortages or claims for defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of shipment. If there is a problem with your order or an order shortage, please contact us by email immediately.
